Lord of the Flies - Leadership
In, cleric of The Flies, by William Golding, characters Ralph and goose, have fragmentize landed in an island. They are out in the nitty-gritty of the ocean, along with a dozen other younger boys. In this kind of view, the boys need a leader. Ralph has elective musical mode of leading, and erect character traits. Comparatively, seaman has a forceful, brute personality. The author uses diddly-squat and Ralph to convey the differences between exhaustively and evil.\nRalphs way of leading is a lot more democratic than goofballs. In the beginning, Ralph uses the conch to bring e trulyone together. He give some distinguish to what is happening, and establishes rules for evenhandedlyness. He gives everyone a fair chance to talk. If we have a signal fire going, theyll uprise and take us off. And other thing, we ought to have more rules. Where the conch is, thats a meeting. One of the important things closely Ralphs leadership, is that he represents his own rules. He does nt make rules for everyone else; he leads by example. This is what yap lacks as a leader.\nJack, uses force to make himself a leader. Jack does not follow the rules, or even bring down them. He uses his position as a hunter to key out himself from other necessary tasks. In his tribe meetings, he doesnt heed to anyone. To him the littler ones are nonentity more than annoying kids. He doesnt have the traits that a unanimous leader possesses.\nRalph handles each situation accordingly, with bravery. Hes very logical, and does what should be done. Ralph is very cool off and doesnt overly match to situations; he remains calm and thinks things through. He also does something that Jack doesnt do; he listens to the advice that the battalion give him. He listens to what everyone says, and makes happy decisions based on others input. Jack doesnt do this at all.\nJack has a unique way of handling different situations. Jack handles those who disobey him, with force by beating them.
